Because you are using the cloud version of n8n, there is no “backdoor” or setting you can change yourself to gain admin access. Your only option is to email help@n8n.io and ask them to transfer ownership or promote your account. Be prepared to provide proof that you own the account, such as your workspace URL, billing details, or a corporate email address, as they won’t grant access without verifying your identity for security reasons.
