I don’t think the session length can be configured currently I am afraid (it seems to be hardcoded here: n8n/jwt.ts at a18081d749c51d497645d43614fdccb220344607 · n8n-io/n8n · GitHub).

So for now I’ve converted your question into a feature request allowing you and other users to vote on having this changed.
