Hi Saif,
I’ve already built several n8n workflows that solve real business problems—video generation, ad generation, invoice/bill generation, LinkedIn automation, QA workflows, lead generation, and more.
I enjoy building automations much more than finding clients, so your setup sounds like a great fit for me. I communicate with clients regularly in my current role as a QA, so collaboration won’t be an issue.
f you’re open to it, let’s start with a project and see how we work together. If we’re both happy with the outcome, we can build a long-term partnership.

Hi, this is exactly how I like to work — you handle the clients, I build. I’m an n8n builder: I design, build, test and deliver clean, documented workflows, from simple (webhook → Sheets → email) to AI agents with vector search, memory and cited sources. Fully async and in writing, on my own schedule — which fits a white-label setup well.
A 30-second proof you can try without signing up — a quoting agent where the model never sees any prices: it only proposes catalogue references, and a deterministic step checks each one and drops anything not in the catalogue, so inventing a price is structurally impossible: live demo

Happy to start with one small build so you can judge the quality on a real task. What’s the first workflow you’d want covered? — Nathan
Hi — Routine Off Lab can support the build side while you keep client communication and scoping.
For a first paid test, send one redacted client brief with a clear input/output. I’ll deliver one bounded n8n workflow (up to 15 nodes / 3 systems), six synthetic acceptance and failure tests, an error/retry path, the workflow JSON, and a one-page handoff note within 48 hours.
No client data, credentials, or production access are needed. The examples at https://routineofflab.surge.sh are self-built demos, not client work or performance claims.
Fixed test: $150, starting after 100% upfront payment or a buyer-funded milestone/escrow. If the first slice passes, we can scope later projects separately. If this is no longer open, no reply needed; I’ll make at most one follow-up after 24 hours and won’t DM-spam.

Hi Saif - is this still open to a company delivery partner?
We can work inside your client process on one bounded n8n workflow covering an API or webhook trigger, one AI step, error and retry paths, tests, and short handoff notes.
What live workflow, deadline, and budget range should we scope first?
Hi Salf
, i have a little less then a year of experience working with N8N but i built most of the workflows and backsystems of my current job, and im seeking for better oportunities, and i would love to get on a call with you and talk, and if possible work for you O(∩_∩)O.
More information about what i have done so far:
-Autmated payments and notifications with Asaas
-Automated contracts signature with ZaapSign and similars
-Automation with ai such as Chat GPT and Cloud for many different cases (from image recognition to monthlly updates for clients)
-Automation using Baserow and google Sheets for control and error managment of different systems
-Automation with ADVBOX:
~Birthday message to clients
~Reminder of pending lawsuits
~Messages of lawsuit movments
~Mass messaging of scam warnings
New a little more about myself, im from Brazil, 20y and ive been working with programming for over 4 years now, 90% of it being involving javascript in some way or another, my english alltho not perfect is very fluent and i interact with many different cultures on the daily via text and voice calls.
If you have any questions let me know!
Hi Saif
— you sell, I build. That split is exactly what I want.
I build n8n workflows daily: AI agent steps (OpenAI/Gemini), webhooks, API integrations, and I ship with tests and error handling instead of demo-ware. Recent solo builds: an AI receptionist that handles caller queries with transcripts and logging, and a production tender-monitoring pipeline that runs unattended on daily CI — code here: GitHub - Manveen07/tender-radar-showcase · GitHub , quick walkthrough: tender-radar | Loom
Also Hyderabad-adjacent timezone-wise (IST), so zero coordination tax. Per-project pricing suits me fine.
Happy to jump on a call — evenings IST work best. What’s sitting in your delivery queue right now?

Hi Saif,
I am Paul Zanona, owner of Montfort Systems in Austria. I am interested in the build-side partnership you described and can take on clearly scoped automation delivery with n8n, JavaScript/Python, REST APIs, webhooks, AI integrations and structured data workflows.
I work best on practical, bounded builds: intake → validation/classification → API/CRM/Sheets action → logging, retries and a short handover. For a first collaboration, I suggest a small paid pilot with clear input/output and test data; I can return scope, risks, timeline and a fixed price before implementation.
Could you send me one current client brief and the typical project budget/range? I am available to start remotely and can communicate asynchronously in English/German.
Best regards,
Paul Zanona

We can help with:
- n8n workflow development and optimization
- OpenAI and other LLM integrations
- AI agents with structured outputs and memory
- API, webhook, CRM, Google Workspace, Airtable, Odoo, and database integrations
- Error handling, retries, logging, and monitoring
- Modular and reusable workflow architecture
- Documentation and handover
- White-label delivery where required
- Ongoing maintenance and improvements after launch
We have a team rather than depending on a single freelancer, which can help with continuity, parallel delivery, testing, and handling multiple client projects as your agency grows.
You can also review our official n8n Creator profile and published workflows here:
We are comfortable working on a per-project basis with clearly defined scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables. We can also agree on a standard delivery and communication process so every project remains predictable for both sides.
Happy to connect and understand the type of projects you are currently receiving.

Hey! I build AI automation systems with n8n that don’t just automate tasks—they run entire business workflows.
Recently, I built Same AI, an AI matchmaking platform with autonomous email agents, LLM-powered reply classification, and end-to-end follow-up automation. I also built Traceable, an AI system that identifies anonymous website visitors, enriches company data, predicts buying intent, and recommends the next best action for sales.
2-min demos:
• Same AI: Building AI-Powered Workflows for Mental Health Connections | Loom
• Traceable: Traceable — Visitor Intelligence & Sales Alerting - 15 March 2026 | Loom
If you’re hiring n8n developers building production-grade AI automations & systems, I’d love to chat for 15 minutes. Either way, I’d love to learn how your team approaches building scalable automation systems.

The model you are describing — you handle sales and scoping, a reliable partner just builds clean and delivers — is a good one, and the thing that makes it actually scale is the builder being consistent enough that you never have to re-check their work before it reaches a client. That means error handling, retries, and idempotency baked in by default, not a workflow that looks fine in the demo and then double-sends or silently fails on the client’s live data.
We are a small team (not a single freelancer), so throughput and reliability hold up when you send several projects at once — n8n, AI agents (OpenAI plus other providers via routing), webhooks, APIs, WhatsApp, and voice. Communication is async and clear, which sounds like exactly the bar you set.
Rather than a call first, happy to prove it: send us one real scoped automation from your pipeline and we will build it and hand over the workflow JSON before any payment, so you can see the quality on actual work. If it is clean, we keep going. Will DM you.

Hi Saif,
This is exactly the setup I am looking for: you handle client acquisition and scoping, and I own the technical delivery.
I build production n8n and Make workflows, API and webhook integrations, and Python services. My larger Make systems have passed 100 modules because they include validation, retries, deduplication, monitoring, and edge-case handling rather than stopping at the happy path.
I am available for paid project work at USD 25-50/hour depending on scope and ownership, and I am happy to start with one funded build to test fit. I can share my portfolio and relevant work samples by DM.
Terry
Hands-on n8n experience, comfortable building AI agents against OpenAI/webhooks/APIs. What “clean work” means for me in practice: every workflow gets exported as version-controlled JSON with a short doc of what it does and what breaks if a credential expires, not just working nodes handed over as-is.
One example I can point to instead of just claiming it: a backup-health-check workflow I run in production on my own self-hosted infrastructure, checking whether a backup is actually fresh and large enough, not just whether the job exited without an error - the failure mode that usually slips through is a “successful” job that quietly stopped writing real data. Happy to walk through it or the workflow JSON on a call.

Hey Saif, this is a solid setup you’re running. The appeal is real — you handle
the client side, builder focuses on execution, no feast-or-famine hustle.
That’s a good friction-reducer for someone who just wants to ship work. A few
things that tend to matter most when pairing builders with agency leads:
clarity on scope handoff (what counts as “done”), turnaround expectations, and
how you handle edge cases where a client’s ask needs rework. None of that’s a
dealbreaker, just worth locking in early so both sides stay aligned. I’d be
curious how many projects per month you’re scoping right now and what the
typical complexity range is. That shapes who’s the right fit. Happy to keep
this thread going or chat directly if you want to workshop the ops side a bit.

Hey Saif, this sounds like a great setup — you handle sales, I handle builds. That’s exactly the kind of partnership I’m looking for.
I’m an AI automation engineer based in Paris, building production n8n workflows and AI agent systems for clients across Europe. Quick summary of what I bring:
- Production n8n workflows: lead qualification pipelines, CRM sync, email automation, document processing with OCR
- AI agents: Claude/OpenAI integration for classification, extraction, routing, and multi-step reasoning
- Full-stack: JavaScript inside n8n nodes, Python for data processing, REST APIs, webhooks, browser automation
- Shipped systems: automated client reporting pipelines, WhatsApp bots, RAG workflows with vector search
I’m comfortable taking a messy business process and turning it into a reliable, well-documented automation. I work async, communicate clearly, and deliver clean handoffs.
Happy to jump on a call. DM me here or email julien_carr@delos-int.dls.so and we can align on scope and rates.
