N8n can't hear messages from telegram bot

Hi all, I’m trying to run a telegram bot through:
-localhost
-docker
but n8n does not receive messages from the bot, what is the problem and how to solve it?

I suppose your n8n instance is not accessible from the internet (not exposed).
