N8n Certification Course Level 1 - Test Results Not Received

Hello,

I recently completed the n8n Certification Course Level 1, but I have not yet received my test results. Could you please check the status for me?

The progress screen consistently shows an “X” for both “Quiz Score Theory” and “Quiz Score Workflow,” even after I successfully submit my answers. This happens regardless of the different responses I’ve tried.
