You received that email because you cleared the quiz part (85% theory + 100% workflow). However, the course has some final automation steps that must succeed before the badge is awarded.
In your case, the email shows:
Getting data from warehouse → failed
Notifying the team → failed
That happened because your workflow didn’t post successfully to the Discord Level 2 channel. Since both actions errored out, the system marked them as incomplete.
You just need to fix the workflow so it posts to the right Discord channel, and once both steps succeed, you’ll be able to submit your unique ID and get the badge.
ok here is the thing. How can i access this section because there is no path no sandbox lab link where i can simulate this task. How can i access the above mentioned tasks?
