So, let me get this straight:
- I subscribed for 60 euro/month + VAT, to create a chatbot.
- After i created the chatbot, i find-out that the simpliest thing (the chat interface), cannot be used because it cannot be customised and the default messages and header of the chat interface cannot be changed?
After paying 72 euro/month i must accept one of the followings?
- Accept embed chat and settle for the “hi, i am nathan… bla bla… “ plus other texts and no customisation, at least to decrease the ugly huge size of the header?
- Or, accept a hosted interface, which is not verry customisable and still keep some of the stupid default texts?
- Or BUY another service from someone like n8nchatui.com and add some extra layers of insecurity, plus spend a lot of extra money (because they charge 30$/1000 messages)…
Why N8N? is this really who you are? worth 2.7 biullion now, and still mentain this scam?
IS N8N A SCAM? OR IS JUST STUPID?
It doesn’t even matter if they did this in purpose to scam, or by mistake, but it looks to be engeenered this way.
I am unsubscribing and request for a refund.
N8N you lost me as a customer and for sure, you lost a lot of paid customers because of this scam.
Shame on You!
You should not do this to your customers, specially when openAI brough this simple and powerfull new agent builder.
If you don’t fix your scams, you will be gone before you know it.
