Someone added me and my coleague to their n8n cloud environment. He received the email, not me. Same o365 Tenant for both of us. We tried twice.
I checked junk emails and quarantine, the email never came through!
I can’t find a general support option for cloud customers.
Not that I know of… It is like if for some reason my email never left (and we tried twice)
I would like to speak to a support person on n8n.cloud’s side, but there are no contact information to reach them.
Here is a redacted print screen of the moment where she sent me the invite… My coleague got it right away, I did not get it.
Oh, good call, I will ask her and report if it works…
We should mark this as resolved for now as I will be contacting support.
Is there a button for that?
