N8n cloud : Does not send me the invite email

Someone added me and my coleague to their n8n cloud environment. He received the email, not me. Same o365 Tenant for both of us. We tried twice.
I checked junk emails and quarantine, the email never came through!

I can’t find a general support option for cloud customers.

Ensure the person who sent the invite sent it to the right email!

Oh, she shared her screen, we made sure it was correctly written, and that there were no unwanted space at the begining or end of the email.

is there any difference at all between your friends o365 and yours besides the email? Any different settings or anything?

Not that I know of… It is like if for some reason my email never left (and we tried twice)
I would like to speak to a support person on n8n.cloud’s side, but there are no contact information to reach them.

Admin of the instance should able to goto https://yourdomain.app.n8n.cloud/settings/users and resend or copy the invitation link

Oh, good call, I will ask her and report if it works…
We should mark this as resolved for now as I will be contacting support.
Is there a button for that?
