I created a workflow to automatically download files from email, activated the workflow, but new emails arrive and the workflow does not work automatically, plus 2 days later I can’t deactivate this workflow, it throws error 524

i think there are two issues here, first one is that the flow is not getting triggered, try re authenticating your gmail service and also if that does not work using an IMAP really helps all the time.
Second one is that you cannot archive your flows, the error 524 can cause because of cloudflare exceeds and timeout the requests which take more than 100sec to respond, so i think if this issue does not get automatically resolved in a day or so from now, you can reach out to cloud team:
