N8n conference berlin

:

Hello n8n Team,

I’m very interested in attending In The Loop 2026 in Berlin. I’m from Asia (Pakistan), and I have a few questions before purchasing a ticket.

1. Can people from Asian countries attend the conference?

2. Is there any restriction on attendees from Pakistan or other Asian countries?

3. If I purchase a ticket, can I receive an official invitation or invitation/support letter for my Schengen visa application?

4. What documents are included in the invitation letter?

5. Does buying a ticket guarantee that I will receive an invitation letter, or is it provided only after approval?

6. Are there any special requirements for international attendees?

7. If my visa is refused, is there any ticket refund or transfer policy?

8. Do you have any recommendations to help international attendees prepare their visa application?

Thank you for your time. I’m excited about the opportunity to attend, learn from the n8n community, and meet other AI automation builders.

Best regards.

@bartv Do you know any info about this?

One thing worth knowing, this is a community forum so the n8n team may not answer visa specifics here reliably, best to email their events team directly for anything official. That said, generally: yes, conferences like this are open to international attendees including from Pakistan, there’s no attendee restriction by nationality. On the visa letter, most organisers will provide an invitation letter after you’ve purchased a ticket, but it typically confirms your registration rather than sponsoring you, and it’s issued on request, not automatically. For refunds if your visa is refused, that’s exactly the kind of policy that varies, so get it in writing before buying. Applying early and showing strong ties home helps Schengen apps. Good luck, hope you make it.
