I have the same issue. I didn’t receive anything
I retry to pass the test but the result is not updated in the verification tool.
After retake all of my answer is good but i have no update ![]()
I also tried to begin Level 2 but i didn’t receive any mail after the signup.

I checked the status before taking the quiz with my unique id and got this, after that I have taken the quiz two time but still it show like this
Hey @Tres_Bautista , i think the link had the parameters attached and maybe that’s why didn’t t worked and showed directly the result couse i tried and copied directly the url.

Hi! I’m experiencing a similar issue — I haven’t received the verification email from n8n. I tried using the verification link, but it doesn’t seem to be working.
Hi may we ask for an update regarding the issue? It’s already been 2 days since I first completed the course. Just want to get the certificate for completion of n8n’s level 1 course so I can move onto level 2. A swift solution for this simple matter would be very much appreciated. Thank you
Hey @Tres_Bautista , you still have to try… as far I can see in results:
Actually as you can see , the course is “Incomplete”..
And :
the badges are automatically assigned once everything in green checked marked.(if you used same nickname when you registered).
I understand your frustration @Tres_Bautista , but as you may already observed from all other tons of topics, there’s an issue at the moment with the mail system dues to DNS resolving the license endpoint.
It means that once the pipeline works, you will get all the “pending” mail responses in your inbox…
And I bet that once the team figures that out, it will let us know in some way…

Good day upon retrying the course (started from scratch), it finally worked. Hope this solution works for others as well
@Parintele_Damaskin I have attempted the quiz yesterday and haven’t received the certificate, upon checking the course completion by unique ID it still does not show the quiz is completed as shown in the screenshot.
Is there an update when this will be done?
