Hi @Artem1 Sorry this is happening. This is difficult to diagnose without more information.

Since this seems to be a Cloud issue, can you please email [email protected]? They should be able to directly and quickly help you.

Going to paid from trial means more CPU and RAM so that should help, not make things worse. Generally we have seen this usually when the instance has a workflow that has some infinite loop in it or processing too much data in memory enough to crash the instance.

Nah unfortunately they dont answer like 2 days already, and I cannot work properly in n8n

Unreal now I cannot even login for like 12 hours, I paid for account n8n and its not past due or anything, that sucks what do I pay for?It seems you guys dont care at all ,I was happy to use n8n but when that stuff happening….I have a receipt to show that I paid for workspace if you need ,NOBODY answers emails after escalating to human!!

I did try to restart workspace as well i see (connection lost ) most of the time I run simplest workflow,so for me it sounds like not a memory issue

3RD DAY NO SUPPORT, unreal, system keep crushing

Version is 1.121.2 i tried different ones already

Its n8n cloud

Operating system is mac mini (macOS)

Hey, sorry for taking too long. Cannot find related tickets/account based on your email here.
Will DM you for more information so we can find your instance and address the issue.

Hey Artem1,

David from Support here, we managed to find your ticket “T-23440 Fix it”

Seems like your instance was crash looping - as replied by Cris in the ticket itself, please check out documentation linked in the ticket Cloud data management | n8n Docs and suggestions to keep your instance memory optimized.

Meanwhile, to get your instance up and running we disabled all your active workflows to prevent instance from crashing as one of your workflows is using all the memory and crash looping your instance.

Hope this helps, if you have further questions feel free to ask here or follow up on the ticket above.

Best,
