Hey N8N Community!
Quick update on my healthcare accessibility project (https://dialai.netlify.app) - thanks to this amazing community, I’ve successfully built the ElevenLabs voice flows!
Now I’m tackling the next challenge and could use your expertise again.
What I’m Building: An automated system that takes voice transcripts from patient triage conversations and generates professional medical summary emails, including:
Triage summaries for GPs
Patient consultation notes
Symptom assessment reports
Follow-up reminders
The Challenge: I need to create N8N workflows that:
- Take transcript data from my triage conversations
- Format it into structured, professional medical summaries
- Send these via email to appropriate recipients (GPs, patients, care coordinators)
- Ensure the emails are clear, accessible, and follow medical documentation standards
Why This Matters:
Elderly patients often can’t remember everything discussed - email summaries help
GPs need clear documentation for patient records
Non-native speakers benefit from written summaries they can translate later
Creates an audit trail for better continuity of care
Specific Help Needed:
- Best practices for structuring medical data in N8N
- Email templating that’s both professional and accessible
- Handling sensitive medical data securely
- Error handling for failed email deliveries
- Any existing nodes/templates for medical documentation
Still Non-Commercial! This remains a showcase project to demonstrate how affordable, accessible healthcare tech should work. Every workflow I create is open-source and available to inspire others.
If you’ve worked with:
- Email automation in N8N
- Medical/healthcare data formatting
- Template systems for professional documentation
- Or just want to help make healthcare more accessible
I’d love to hear from you! Even small tips or node suggestions would be incredibly helpful.
Let’s continue building tech that serves everyone, not just the digitally savvy!
Thanks again to everyone who’s helped so far - you’re making a real difference!
