Please, share the workflow.
You can select all nodes with Ctrl+A and copy them with Ctrl+C. Then, past the content after pressing the button </> with Ctrl+V.

I believe you copied the testing url (a link with this format: https://n8n.io/form-test/\[…\]) and opened it before you executed your workflow on the testing environment.
Basically, my recomendation is for you to stop the workflow first (using the big square button on the center-bottom part of the workflow view) and execute it once again, without you opening the form link by yourself.
Once you execute the workflow, the testing form should automatically open. If not, you can always copy the testing form link and enter manually (but this time, after clicking on the “Execute workflow” button).
Note that when you finally set the workflow to a production state (activation) you must not use the “testing url” of the form anymore and you should start using the “production url”.**
