N8n is not able to connect to our Postgres database as of yesterday

Describe the issue/error/question

What is the error message (if any)?

All the jobs that requires connecting to our Postgres database are currently failing. Getting a “connect ETIMEDOUT” error.
This happened about 24 hours ago and still persists.

We have already whitelisted from our postgres server and this hasn’t changed.
We are able to connect to this postgres server from other apps and desktops fine.
It seems only n8n is having an issue connecting to it.

Is there anyone who can help asap?

What version of n8n are you using on cloud? It isn’t self updating so in theory should still be working fine, Have you double checked the IP of your cloud instance to make sure the address range is correct? I know my cloud instance is 20.79.227.x which I don’t think falls under /24

@Jon how do i check the ip of our cloud instances?

I used ipify to find mine, pop https://api.ipify.org/?format=json into an http request node and it should return the address.
