Hey, I just updated to the latest stable version (using cloud), and I’m getting this message when i try to access my workspace. Nothing I can do. I tried to reach out to support but just getting an AI bot answering
Hey @Ruben_Aknin,
I suspect your instance is updating the database and it may take a bit of time to complete, If you reply back to the AI response email and tell it you want to speak to a human it should redirect you.
Just keep in mind that it could take a few minutes to update, longer if you manually restart the instance while it is trying to handle it.
