N8n requested changes to my workflow but it can see any

I handed in a workflow to publish to the community for free.

n8n requested changes to this but i don’t see any marks or instructions what to change…
It just says “Changes Needed”.

Information on your n8n setup

• Database (default: SQLite):
• n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main):
