Navigate to Usage and plan tab in settings, next to Community Edition title you would see Registered; this means it is already activated.
Search for Evaluation nodes from the nodes panel. These nodes are only available for activated instances; if you can add them to your workflow, then you don’t need to look for the activation key anymore.
Not sure why this happens, but there were many cases as this before; it is better to check first.
Hi @Marcelo_Augusto_Dias Welcome! if your n8n self hosted instance is not registered, you can just try using a different email for receiving the license it will work.
Hey welcome! This is actually a known issue affecting a lot of self-hosted installs right now, its on n8n’s side not yours. The good news is the license key only unlocks 3 optional features (folders, debug in editor, custom execution data) so your instance is fully functional without it. You can try re-requesting with a different email from Settings → Usage and plan, but if that doesnt work either Id reach out to help.io directly since theres no real user-side fix for this one.
