N8n server won't start in Dashboard

Hello!

I am trying to get my server setup in my n8n dashboard, but for some reason the server won’t move into the online state. I have tried clicking “Restart workpace” and it moves to “in progress” but then straight back to “Offline” again. The workspace name is buffer if that helps :slight_smile:

This seems more like an n8n side issue instead of personal, consider reaching out to n8n cloud support team here:

And i do not think so this would resolve anything but try using some different browser although would not work but worth trying something at least.

At this point, the most important step is to check whether this is a temporary platform issue or something specific to your workspace. First, try accessing the workspace URL directly (if available) instead of only using the dashboard. Sometimes the UI state lags behind the actual instance state. If it consistently returns to Offline after restarting, o the only way to determine the root cause is through the Cloud support team (like Anshul said)

This is pretty much always a backend/infrastructure thing on n8n’s cloud side, not something you can fix from the dashboard. One thing worth trying is hitting your workspace URL directly in the browser since the dashboard UI sometimes lags behind the actual state, but if it’s genuinely stuck offline you’ll need to reach out to n8n cloud support at support.n8n.io and give them the workspace name so they can reprovision it.
