What technologies(programming languages and frameworks) are used in N8N?

Since n8n is fair-code license, you can actually view the source code on Github, where you can see what languages we use and dependencies

is node.js or express used because it is not displayed in GitHub

We use NodeJS and Express, We also use TypeScript as our language of choice. You can find a list of every package and version and here: https://github.com/n8n-io/n8n/blob/master/pnpm-lock.yaml
