N8N tunnel down

I’m noticing that the n8n tunnel is down and has been for 12 hours due to an SSL cert issue. n8n.cloud status

None of my endpoints work at all in the app I’m developing, but they all worked a day ago. Is this the reason? If so, I’m shocked that the n8n community hasn’t made an uproar about such a long downtime. If not, would love some tips to get it back up!

I have no idea how to link my n8n workflow but happy to!

Hey, it most certainly looks like this affected your workflows. For now the only thing you can do is wait and subscribe for updates on the status page. Once it’s resolved, you will see if they start working again or any action is needed.

I can understand a downtime of a few hours if there’s a serious issue, but I’m shocked by the support here. There was a similar outage in July for the same SSL cert problem that was 14 hours

I’m building an AI Therapy app. My users simply can’t have no access to this for 12-14 hours, is n8n doing anything to prevent this in the future? Thinking about switching to a different backend

I feel you and btw, I would recommend also shooting an email to [email protected] to confirm if it’s truly the outage that’s causing this, as here we can only guess if you are hosted on official n8n servers :slight_smile:
