N8N User management

Hi team,

I really loved the new user management feature, its a kind of feature request or if we have this on current version please let me know

  1. Need to change the user permission for invited users, insted of members we also need an addition role like admin
  2. It would be great if we have AD integration.

great that you like the feature so far. :slight_smile:

In the current version there are just two roles: the owner of the n8n instance and separate members who can be invited by the owner. In the future more roles might get added.
The role system is not yet fully defined so I cannot provide more information regarding potential integrations.

Definitely beneficial for a middle level users that can see other user’s workflows without needing to adjust credentialing. Example being a team is using an internal testing enviornment to validate workflows are working, but unable to share across several teammates for final reviews.

The final code review before release would be streamlined if there was some sort of read-only view of the workflow from other teammates.
