I’m trying to trigger n8n webhook from an external application in an internal cloud environment, but webhook is not being triggered. Does the mismatch between the n8n base url and the webhook url cause this issue?
Is this a self hosted instance? If so did you set the WEBHOOK_URL environment variable to your dns where the instance is hosted? When you open the webhook, what is the url displayed under the production tab?

I’m using the cloud hosted instance… and the base url and webhook url is different. How to make the url setup?
Im not super familiar with the cloud instance, but you should use the webhook url to trigger the webhook. This should be unique to your account
