[NEED HELP!] n8n instance down for 6+ hours with timeout error. how do I fix it?

I was working in an automation in our n8n instance, and when testing it I got a timeout error message. I refreshed the screen and couldn’t even access the instance. (got a timeout error screen in my browser tab. The whole instance now has been down for more than 6 hours and always get this timeout error message. And now I can’t access it or log in again.

It times out on login (RR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT), UpDownRadar shows 200 OK, downforeveryoneorjustme says down. It’s a custom subdomain VPS setup.

How can I fix this?

Your workflow might’ve crashed the VPN. I would try configuring the way your hosting it with the VPN. Can you give us more information about your setup and how it works?
