Need help with n8n workflows (paid)

Hey :waving_hand:

I usually handle:

  • API + webhook integrations (real-time workflows)

  • Finance-related systems (tracking, reporting, signal-based logic, etc.)

  • Tools This looks right up my alley. I’ve been working a lot with n8n, building not just simple automations but structured, scalable workflows that act more like a backend system.like Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack

  • Modular workflows that are easy to maintain and scale

I also run self-hosted setups and focus on stability for production use, not just quick automations.

If you’re looking for someone to improve or scale your existing workflows, I’d be happy to jump in and help.

Let me know :+1:

Hi HRLead,

For fintech workflows, I would treat reliability and auditability as the main product. A dropped webhook, duplicate row, or silent Slack failure is the real risk.

I can help build n8n workflows around Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack, APIs, and webhooks with idempotency keys, validation before writes, error logging, retry paths, manual review queues, run ledgers, and simple handoff docs.

Best first paid milestone: choose one current workflow that is painful or fragile. I will map the data path, harden the flow, add failure visibility, and return the n8n export plus notes.

I can start async if you can share the tools involved and one redacted sample input/output.

Hi — if this is still open, I can help with a small fixed-scope finance workflow audit/build slice.

For Airtable/Sheets/Slack/API workflows I’d first map:

  • source data and required fields
  • validation/approval points
  • retry/error path
  • duplicate handling
  • Slack alerts and handoff docs

I can start with a focused $75 workflow/risk map for one current process, then quote only the repair/build that is actually needed.

I can definitely help here. We just need to first understand what your current workflows look like and where the bottlenecks are

Also I built something very relevant before.

Check the VC Funded Company Intelligence Automation and the Financial News Recap Workflow in my portfolio. Both involve scheduled triggers, API integrations, data processing through Code nodes and structured outputs to Google Sheets and email.

Hi,

Finance workflow automation in n8n is right in my wheelhouse. I’ve built Airtable + Google Sheets + Slack integrations with webhooks and API chains for data pipelines that need to be reliable, not just functional.

For fintech specifically — structured processes with audit trails, error handling that doesn’t silently fail, and data validation before writes are things I build in by default, not as afterthoughts.

Happy to discuss your current stack and where the gaps are. narotsuhail@gmail.com or DM here.

Hi — this is a strong fit for what I do.

I build production n8n workflows with the kind of structure fintech requires: proper error handling, retry logic, dead-letter queues for failed webhook events, and data validation gates before anything hits your ledger or reporting layer.

Relevant experience:

- Airtable ↔ n8n ↔ Google Sheets pipelines with webhook triggers and scheduled reconciliation runs

- Slack alerting tied to workflow state changes (failures, anomalies, SLA breaches)

- REST API integrations with OAuth refresh token management and rate-limit handling

- Built a Telegram → Zoho Invoice automation for field reps, with validation rules and audit logging

For fintech specifically, the key is idempotency — making sure duplicate webhook deliveries don’t double-process transactions. I design every ingestion flow with idempotency keys and deduplication checks from the start.

I’m based in South Africa (UTC+2), available full-time, and can start immediately. Happy to look at your existing flows and give you an honest assessment of what needs to be refactored vs. extended.

DM me or share more detail here.

Hi HRLead. I can help with a small paid slice around dependable n8n finance workflows.

For fintech-style automations I would start by mapping the data source, required approvals, failure states, duplicate handling, retry rules, and audit log before adding more branches. A good first milestone could be one workflow review/build: Airtable or Sheets input to API/webhook processing to Slack notification, with an error log and retry path.

If you can share one current workflow or target process, I can suggest a fixed first scope.

Hi. I can help with dependable fintech workflows in n8n: Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack, APIs, webhooks, validation, retries, audit logs, and approval states. I would start with one paid hardening slice using sample data: map one existing flow, identify failure modes, implement validation plus error logging, and leave a short handoff note. Which workflow is highest risk today?

Hi,

This sounds like a good fit if we start with one dependable finance workflow first.

I would approach the first paid slice as:

  • define the exact input/output fields and owner
  • connect Airtable / Sheets / Slack / API steps
  • add validation and error logging
  • add a human review path for ambiguous or sensitive financial data
  • document the workflow so it can be maintained safely

I would not ask for raw passwords or production secrets. A redacted sample, screen-share, or scoped credentials are enough for a first review/build.
