Hi n8n Community,

I’m looking for an experienced n8n consultant to help complete my workflow setup. Here’s my situation:

Current Status:

  • Have most of my n8n workflow and nodes already set up
  • Need expert help to finalize and optimize for production
  • Business is ready to move to piloting phase

What I Need:

  • Complete workflow debugging and optimization
  • Implementation of best practices
  • Knowledge transfer/documentation
  • Estimated timeline: in a few weeks

Budget: $35-75/hour (flexible for the right expert)

Project Scope: Complete AI receptionist business workflow - automated call handling, appointment scheduling, lead qualification, and customer inquiry management using voice AI integration with tools like Telnyx, Deepgram, Google Calendar, and CRM systems.

Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 12pm EST until 10pm EST

Hi Jordan — dein Setup klingt sehr solide, zumal du gerade in eine Pilotphase übergehst.

Bevor man Workflows wie diesen finalisiert, habe ich gesehen, dass später nicht das Node-Setup selbst Probleme verursacht, sondern eher Dinge wie:

- fehlende Error-Handling-Pfade

- stille Ausfälle bei Integrationen (besonders bei Voice + externen APIs)

- Retry-Verhalten bei Fehlern

- AI/API-Kostenexposition bei echter Nutzung

- Workflows, die einmal funktionieren, aber nicht unter Last

Ich bin nicht mit n8n verbunden, aber ich habe einen kleinen lokalen/offline Audit-Ansatz für n8n-Workflows entwickelt, der diese Art von Production-Readiness-Risiken vor dem Start überprüft.

Ich schaue mir gerne dein Setup kurz an oder teile dir eine Checkliste, was ich vor dem Go-Live validieren würde — du brauchst nichts Sensibles zu teilen.

Auf jeden Fall klingt das nach einem coolen Projekt.
