I’m looking for an experienced n8n consultant to help complete my workflow setup. Here’s my situation:

Current Status:

  • Have most of my n8n workflow and nodes already set up
  • Need expert help to finalize and optimize for production
  • Business is ready to move to piloting phase

What I Need:

  • Complete workflow debugging and optimization
  • Implementation of best practices
  • Knowledge transfer/documentation
  • Estimated timeline: in a few weeks

Project Scope: Complete AI receptionist business workflow - automated call handling, appointment scheduling, lead qualification, and customer inquiry management using voice AI integration with tools like Telnyx, Deepgram, Google Calendar, and CRM systems.

Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 12pm EST until 10pm EST

Hi Jordan — your setup sounds very solid, especially given you’re moving into a piloting phase.

Before finalizing workflows like this, one thing I’ve seen cause issues later is not the node setup itself, but things like:

- missing error handling paths

- silent failures in integrations (especially voice + external APIs)

- retry behavior on failures

- AI/API cost exposure under real usage

- workflows that work once but not under load

I’m not affiliated with n8n, but I’ve been building a small local/offline audit approach for n8n workflows that reviews these kinds of production-readiness risks before launch.
