I tried contacting the seller but he has not responded. There is no estimated delivery time shown anywhere in the sales page or on Paypal when I purchased. I assumed since N8N Sellers are experienced in "Automation" that the seller would have a flow setup to actually send a product automatically when they receive payment. Is there any solution I can use here before I dispute the payment with Paypal?
*******UPDATE-I had no choice but to dispute the charge through Paypal. They gave me an immediate refund. Maybe they had previous issues with this seller. This template should probably be taken down from N8N since the seller doesn't seem active. People lose trust in making purchases when dealing with unresponsive sellers.
yeah that’s frustrating - the template marketplace doesn’t have the same seller accountability as other platforms, so inactive sellers definitely slip through. since you already got the refund via paypal, you’re covered there. if you still want that workflow, you could reach out to n8n support directly ([email protected]) and ask if they can either get the seller to respond or provide you with the template since you paid for it - sometimes they’ll help sort it out. also worth reporting the seller as inactive so n8n can clean up the marketplace.
