New Community Node: n8n-nodes-smskub (SMS Gateway Integration) - Ready for Review

Hi n8n Team and Community,

I have recently developed and submitted a new community node: n8n-nodes-smskub.

What it does: This node integrates SMSKUB, a popular SMS Gateway service (widely used in Thailand), allowing users to send SMS messages directly within their n8n workflows easily.

Current Status: I have already submitted the node for review and received the confirmation message. While I understand the review process takes time (up to 7 days), I wanted to share it here to:

  1. Announce it to the community for anyone looking for this solution.

  2. Provide the links for the team to easily access and review the code.
