We’re excited to share our new community node: n8n-nodes-wati — an integration for Wati, a WhatsApp Business API platform.

What is Wati?

Wati is a WhatsApp Business API solution that helps businesses communicate with customers at scale through WhatsApp. It provides a shared team inbox, chatbot builder, and powerful APIs for automation.

What can you do with this node?

Wati Node

  • Send Text Message — Send a text message to an active WhatsApp conversation

  • Send Button Message — Send a message with interactive buttons

  • Send List Message — Send a message with a selectable list

  • Get Messages — Retrieve messages for a conversation

  • Send Template Message — Send template messages (works outside the 24h window)

  • Get Templates — List available message templates

  • Get Contacts / Get Contact Detail / Add Contact — Manage your contacts

Wati Trigger

  • Webhook Trigger — Automatically trigger workflows on incoming WhatsApp messages and status updates

Installation

  1. Go to Settings → Community Nodes

  2. Click Install a community node

  3. Enter n8n-nodes-wati

  4. Done!
