No fields - item(s) exist, but they’re empty

Hi everyone, I do have a workflow, Which is not that large of a workflow, But when I want to use one the Variables from the couple of first nodes, It shows that they are empty, Now I’m pretty sure that they are not.
Anyone has any solutions?

Did u try First function instead to item function in calling …

check this: customer messenger node. I add the code for u and read it from the first node.

if its right please consider these reply as the solution.

Thanks for the help my man, But still returns as NULL.
Not the correct value, Just null.
