I have taken the test for the Level 1 certificate several times but I don’t see any percentage or how I am failing, I went through all the material over and over however the result stays the same and I don’t see how I scored only that I failed apparently. Any advice on how to approach it?

Unfortunately the issue hasn’t been solved, I also send a couple mail request but no answer so far
