Hi everyone,
I’m running into a strange issue with an E-Mail Support Agent workflow. Over time, I had built and tested different versions of the workflow. At some point, updates stopped taking effect, and it seemed like an older version of the workflow was still being triggered instead of the latest one.
To fix this, I cleaned everything up and deleted the old versions, so now I only have one active workflow left. However, the problem remains: the “ghost” version (which doesn’t exist anymore) keeps getting triggered, while my current version is ignored.
Details:
-
Workflow type: E-Mail Support Agent (listening to incoming mails) → imap trigger
-
Current state: only one version exists and is set to “Active”
-
Problem: the old deleted version is still somehow being triggered
-
Tried: deleting inactive/old workflows, making sure only one is active
Has anyone experienced something similar? Could this be related to cached triggers, execution data stuck in memory, or something that needs to be reset manually?
What’s the correct way to make sure that only the active workflow runs and that deleted versions don’t get triggered anymore?
Thanks a lot in advance!
