Not Receiving Email for Course Level 2 Quiz

I have taken the Level 2 Quiz quite a few times over the past few days and I am not getting an email for my results. I have verified multiple times that I’m entering the correct email and unique ID. Additionally, my progress is showing 0/15 on the quiz.
