I have noticed a recurring bug where the Notion fields are not fetched by the n8n connection.
I have only found luck overcoming this at random — there is no real fix that I’ve identified, and it certainly seems to be a bug that other users have brought up over the last year or so.
I am on the self-hosted version.
Now, I am not saying this is the ultimate solution. But a temp fix would be to use expression entry to manually map the field instead.
This is not possible, because expressions don’t expand the parameters. When you use an expression for date, for example, it never populates the needed fields, such as Range, Add Times, Start, and End.

Do you have your database or table etc selected? (Not sure your specific node type)
I had the same error, but correctly adding the database, it worked fine.
