What you will do
Onboard new customers from sign up to first AI win. Run small group coaching and live training. Build feedback loops between customers and product. Lift retention and customer satisfaction scores.
Must haves
3 plus years in SaaS or startup customer success. Coaching or facilitation experience. Strong written and verbal communication. Comfortable in async remote work across time zones.
Compensation
50,000 to 60,000 USD per year. Full time, remote.
