Even I connected it and clicked on button and signed in when popup opens it says creds updated successfully

My only assumption would be that your OAuth configuration is maybe wrong. But even then is this error message strange. Because if you actually successfully connect and go through the whole OAuth process this message should not be displayed. Considering however that it does get displayed apparently anyway, do I assume it is actually not connected or something very strange must be going wrong in the process.
One thing I would definitely also look into, is setting n8n up correctly via https and not port 5678. That by itself will cause a lot of problems with services as they normally do not support insecure connections.
