Hi Emma,

I can help with this kind of API-heavy automation work. I am Carlos Silveira, a Spain-based full-stack and automation engineer focused on n8n/Make-style workflows, REST APIs, CRM/back-office integrations, Google Sheets/Drive, LLM classification/extraction, logging and handoff documentation.

One relevant pattern I build: lead or proposal follow-up where a CRM/Notion/Sheets status drives timed email actions, human alerts, logs and state updates. The same pattern fits sales ops, enrichment, routing, reporting and internal agent workflows.

My strongest skill is turning messy business processes into tested workflows with explicit inputs, retries, failure paths and a short runbook. For a test build, I would keep it bounded: one workflow, sandbox/test data first, fixed paid block or milestone, exportable JSON and clear acceptance criteria.

Hi Emma,
One thing I’ve built: a multi-agent n8n system that takes an inbound client inquiry, classifies intent, decides the next action, drafts a reply, and scores the lead, each step using structured output parsing so a bad AI response never breaks the chain. Final output writes to Google Sheets and fires a Slack alert on hot leads. I’ve got a short video showing it running live if you want to see it in action.
Strongest skill: building AI agent chains that hold up in production, not demos. I focus heavily on error handling, fallback logic, and structured parsing so workflows don’t silently fail when an API hiccups or an LLM returns something unexpected.
