Hello, I have a very strange problem. I’ve performed a clean installation of n8n (via Easy Panel), including deleting the persistent data volume.
My instance shows it is running version 1.119.1 (verified by clicking the ? icon).
However, the LangChain node is missing, and the OpenAI node is not showing the Assistant option under the “Resource” dropdown.
Here is what I have already tried, with no success:
Clearing the browser cache (Hard Reload: Ctrl+Shift+R).
Testing in an Incognito/Private browser window.
Testing on a completely different browser.
Forcing the Docker image to re-download (by stopping the container, running docker rmi n8nio/n8n:latest, and then clicking “Update/Re-deploy” in Easy Panel).
The installation is clean and the version number is correct, but the nodes are not loading.
What else can I check?
