You will benefit from significant autonomy, strong exposure to decision-making, and rapid progression based on your impact. Your work will be immediately visible and valuable to internal teams.

When you join, you will be supported by a freelance developer currently on assignment. Their role is temporary and aimed at ensuring a complete handover of existing systems (workflows, architecture, documentation) so you can take over smoothly.

Position context

Internal development is focused on:

  • Process automation

  • Improving operational efficiency

  • Integrating AI and data components into business workflows

Strategic projects are ongoing, and new initiatives are under consideration, such as the creation of an internal application centralizing all existing workflows. You will be responsible for structuring this new technical foundation.

Responsibilities

1. Maintenance and optimization of existing systems

  • Understand, document, and stabilize workflows built in n8n

  • Ensure robustness, scalability, and performance of automations

  • Guarantee continuity through handover with the current freelance developer

2. Development of new operations-, data-, and AI-oriented features

  • Design and develop internal tools to support analysts, project managers, and growth teams

  • Integrate AI functionalities (LLMs, internal agents, intelligent automations)

  • Optimize market research processes through efficient and well-adapted technical solutions

3. Development of a new internal application

  • Design and develop an internal platform centralizing workflows, data, and operations

  • Contribute to technology choices and architecture definition

  • Build simple, reliable interfaces tailored to internal users

Desired profile

Experience

  • Strong command of JavaScript / TypeScript

  • Experience with or strong interest in low-code / no-code tools (e.g. n8n)

  • Ability to manage a project autonomously, from prototype to deployment

Technical skills

  • Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation flows

  • Ability to work with data and connect multiple business tools

  • Product-oriented mindset to understand user needs and propose relevant solutions

Nice-to-have: advanced n8n usage, AI integration, databases

Soft skills

  • Autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational skills

  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and pragmatism

  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to work closely with internal users

Typical profile

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience, or a confirmed self-taught profile with concrete achievements

Career prospects

The role offers rapid growth aligned with the expansion of tech projects:

  • Increased responsibilities within 12 to 24 months

  • Technical reference / Lead Tech role

  • Direct influence on architecture and technology choices

Hey Charli

I got you, I have been building all forms of automations for the past 2 years and have built 100s of flows for my clients. Have worked with all sorts of companies and gotten them 10s of thousands in revenue or savings by strategic flows. When you decide to work with me, not only will I build this flow out, but also give you a free consultation like I have for all my clients that led to these revenue jumps.

I have built a similar workflow like this for one of my clients. I can not only share that but also how you can streamline processes in your company for faster operations. All this with no strings attached on our first call.

Here, have a look at my website and you can book a call with me there!

This sounds like an awesome challenge. Stabilizing workflows and integrating AI agents is exactly what I do day-to-day!

I’m an AI Integration Engineer with a heavy focus on n8n and JavaScript. I’ve built human-in-the-loop systems for decision support and automated customer support agents using RAG.
I have plenty of experience working asynchronously with EU teams and would love to chat about how to scale your current setup.
