Your role
In collaboration with the Operations Manager, you will play a key role from day one: you will become the technical reference responsible for structuring, developing, and evolving our entire internal environment.
You will benefit from significant autonomy, strong exposure to decision-making, and rapid progression based on your impact. Your work will be immediately visible and valuable to internal teams.
When you join, you will be supported by a freelance developer currently on assignment. Their role is temporary and aimed at ensuring a complete handover of existing systems (workflows, architecture, documentation) so you can take over smoothly.

Strategic projects are ongoing, and new initiatives are under consideration, such as the creation of an internal application centralizing all existing workflows. You will be responsible for structuring this new technical foundation.
Responsibilities
1. Maintenance and optimization of existing systems

Understand, document, and stabilize workflows built in n8n

Ensure robustness, scalability, and performance of automations
-
Guarantee continuity through handover with the current freelance developer
2. Development of new operations-, data-, and AI-oriented features
-
Design and develop internal tools to support analysts, project managers, and growth teams
-
Integrate AI functionalities (LLMs, internal agents, intelligent automations)
-
Optimize market research processes through efficient and well-adapted technical solutions
3. Development of a new internal application

Design and develop an internal platform centralizing workflows, data, and operations
-
Contribute to technology choices and architecture definition

Build simple, reliable interfaces tailored to internal users
Desired profile
Experience

Strong command of JavaScript / TypeScript

Experience with or strong interest in low-code / no-code tools (e.g. n8n)

Ability to manage a project autonomously, from prototype to deployment
Technical skills

Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation flows

Ability to work with data and connect multiple business tools

Product-oriented mindset to understand user needs and propose relevant solutions
Nice-to-have: advanced n8n usage, AI integration, databases
