Outlook connection doesn't work

This concerns an Outlook mailbox. We’ve linked it, but we’re getting this message, and unfortunately, we can’t do anything with it. Any ideas?

Based on the error message, it seems the mailbox you’re trying to connect to might be inactive, soft-deleted, or hosted on-premise. Here’s what to check:

- If using on-premise Exchange, ensure proper hybrid configuration is set up
