Outlook node - email not saved in sent items

Describe the problem/error/question

I’m using the Outlook node. Connected with Oauth2. It’s a simple email send functionality, but I need the email to be saved to the sent folder.
I’ve tested it with two accounts - with one it works without issues, while with the other, it simply doesn’t save emails, no errors reported.

I’m guessing this is an issue with the account config and not n8n, but wondering if anyone has had similar issues or has ideas?

  • n8n version: Self-hosted Version 1.100.1
  • Database (default: SQLite): Default
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main): I’m not sure what this is
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): Docker
