Outlook Shared Mailbox access to everyone

Hi outlook N8n users,

We’re in the process of enabling N8N across the company, but face a security problem doing this.

If we grant the N8N app the requested permissions in Entra, any user can create a workflow where they access a shared mailbox, thus bypassing all restrictions we have on those.

How do we setup the integration so that a user can only see what they are already allowed to see?

You can achieve this by creating custom roles in Microsoft entra Id with specific permissions.
