# Outside Loop doesn't work

## Describe the problem/error/question

I want to see, for each client I have, which medications are still available. The problem here is:

Already have the loop for the meds working, but when that loop ends and goes to done, it gets another client, but when it comes back to the loop of the med, it always goes to done and doesn’t start a new loop

Hello @NazZ

Do you actually need the first loop?  
n8n is designed to iterate through items by default.

Does removing it give you the result you want?

You are right, I don’t need the first loop. As get med send all the iterations to the loop
