The idea is:
Have a statistic like overview for nodes. Referencing the workflows it is used in.
My use case:
My main usecase for n8n is automating processes for the business I work for. As these workflows are quite extensive and often use similar nodes, it would be great to have an insight in where certain nodes are used.
The most obvious use case for me is: I make mistakes regarding efficiency and general best-practices. My skills develop over time and I often have to go back to previous workflows to update them. Now I have to manually search for, for example, all Google Sheets nodes used in my workflows to update them.
In addition, if a node is changed and starts working in a slightly different way, this can impact the workflows as well. Again, having an overview where that specific node is used would result in a much shorter fixing time.
I think it would be beneficial to add this because:
- Time saving regarding fixes
- Fun to see which node you use most
