"Paid Plan Active but Still Seeing Free Trial Limits"

Hi team,

I’ve just signed up for the Starter (Annual) plan on n8n Cloud and have received a receipt via Paddle confirming the €264 charge. However, when I try to create or activate more workflows, I get an error saying I’ve reached the maximum number of projects for a free trial.

I’ve already logged out and back in, cleared my cache, and confirmed that my Workspace Settings page says I’m on the Starter (Annual) plan.

Can anyone suggest why this might be and how I can confirm my workspace is fully active and remove any remaining restrictions?
