hi, so recently i’ve been using n8n for testing, it is hosted on n8n cloud only, when my free trial was over i tried to log in, but it keeps telling me that the password or user is wrong, however i never changed it and it is correct, the recovery email never arrives, i’ve tried this many times but nothing seem s to work.
Information on your n8n setup
- n8n version: latest
- Database (default: SQLite): idk
- n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main): never changed it
- Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): n8n cloud
- Operating system: Windows 11

Hey,
So normally you should get an email regarding exporting the workflows etc after the trial ends. Did you reieve this email? I think it has a link which you can use to access.

ah, okay @Lucas_Colombo did you receive any emails? I assume you checked junk folder etc.
It may be some for n8n support to help with, I believe u can email them via [email protected]

I tried to lock into my n8n acc from a different device the other day and failed at the 2FA. Is that maybe the issue?
Hi there. I can’t login to my account. I already asked for a recovery link but I didn’t recieve any. I tried to re-open an account with the same email and the page says the email is taken. So my email exists. I also checked trash, spam folders. The workflow is running and I need to do some updates. So I am in a bit hard situation. Thanks for helping
