# Pause between each item in loop

Hello community  
I try to do this simple thing : I have multiple items in my workflow and would like to add them one by one in a Google sheet, with a 2 second interval between items.

I can’t figure out if I need to use a function, split in batch or anything else.

I haven’t found any simple answer to this question and I’m quite amazed, as every API has limits. Is this behavior already natively implemented in an n8n option I haven’t seen ?
