Plan Upgrade Not Effective, Execution Limit Still Capped - Obvious Support Path Unclear

I upgraded my account to the Pro plan because I hit an execution limit and needed more usage.

After upgrading, the additional usage did not appear to take effect. My Overview still shows only 422 production executions, while the Pro plan says it includes 10,000 workflow executions per month.

It is unclear whether:

  • The upgraded limit is active
  • Usage resets after upgrading
  • Previous usage still counts against the new plan
  • There is a delay before the new limits apply

I upgraded specifically so my workflows could continue running, but I still seem to be blocked or limited.

Also, it was not clear where to get help for a billing/account issue like this. I ended up asking for support on YouTube because I could not find an obvious support path.
