Please see the attached error. You will see in the Data Table (2nd screen shot) From List: Orders but what I have put in is processing orders as that is the only option. The value is also different if you look at the 3rd screen shot. Hey @Brokes Welcome to the Community ! The table and the Value are both fine. processingOrders works as long as it has an orderID column, and your Value resolves to 1 just like the course’s does. The problem is the Column field: you’ve put {{ $json.orderID }} in it as an expression, but that field wants the column’s name, not the order’s value. Here it comes out empty, which is the “” in the error. Hover over Column, switch it from Expression back to Fixed, and pick orderID from the dropdown. If orderID isn’t in that dropdown, the column doesn’t exist in processingOrders yet, so add it to the table first. ---

Hey @Brokes I’m glad it worked!! This one’s about what goes into the node, not the table. With Mapping Column Mode set to Map Automatically, UpsertOrders writes every field of the incoming item as a column, and the item coming in is the summary from CalculateBookedProcessingOrders (just totalBooked and bookedSum, as your INPUT panel shows). processingOrders has no totalBooked column, so it stops on the first field. UpsertOrders is meant to receive the orders themselves, one item per order. That’s why the course’s Value is plain {{ $json.orderID }}, and why {{ $json.orderID }} showed undefined in your Column field earlier. Check what the lesson connects UpsertOrders to and wire it there instead of after the Code node, then set the Value back to {{ $json.orderID }}. If it then complains about a different column name, that’s a field processingOrders doesn’t have yet, so add it to the table. See you tomorrow 😃 ---

Hey @Brokes , The totalBooked isn’t set anywhere in the node, it’s the field you circled in the INPUT panel. INPUT is whatever the previous node sends in, and right now that’s CalculateBookedProcessingOrders, so Map Automatically tries to write totalBooked and bookedSum into the table. Your node settings look right, and recreating the table can’t change this, because it’s the connection going into UpsertOrders that’s off. Delete the line from CalculateBookedProcessingOrders into UpsertOrders, then drag a new one from the true output of CheckOrderStatus into UpsertOrders. Open it again and INPUT should show CheckOrderStatus with your orders, each with an orderID, and the totalBooked error is gone. If it still complains, could you post a screenshot of the whole canvas? ---

Hi there Deepanker, I did the first intruction you gave me in connecting a new line to UpserOrders but as you will see in the diagram attached. A connection needs to go from CheckOrderStatus to CalculateBookedProcessingOrders. Hey @Brokes Yes, I meant a line from CheckOrderStatus to UpsertOrders, but you’re right to keep the one to CalculateBookedProcessingOrders as well. The true output can feed both nodes at the same time, so it needs two lines coming out of it: one to CalculateBookedProcessingOrders and one to UpsertOrders. The only line to delete is the one from CalculateBookedProcessingOrders into UpsertOrders. Then drag from the true dot again and drop it on UpsertOrders, and the new line sits next to the existing one. UpsertOrders then gets the orders themselves instead of the totalBooked summary. ---

No problem @Brokes, I think our posts crossed. The fix is in my reply just above yours: keep the line from CheckOrderStatus to CalculateBookedProcessingOrders, delete the line from CalculateBookedProcessingOrders into UpsertOrders, and add a second line from the true output straight into UpsertOrders. You’ll know it’s right when you open UpsertOrders and the INPUT panel shows CheckOrderStatus with the orders and their orderID, not totalBooked. If it still errors, select all the nodes on the canvas, copy them (Ctrl+C) and paste the result here between triple backticks. Then I can see exactly how it’s wired instead of guessing from screenshots. ---

Hi Deepankar, thank you. I was off ill yesterday which has put a spanner in the works as I only have two days left to do the course. I have decided to delete all the nodes and start again. Thank you for everything.
